I have been going through a lot of old pictures of late and I ran across a few of me, highly unusal since I take most of the pictures in my family. In any case, I also happen to hear Sinatra's song "It was a very good year" and I thought it would be interesting to post old or not so very old photos of when we were 21.

I really like what I see in RETROSPECTIVE lately, memories in black & white, fuzzy old photographs with a lot of heart, makin' peace with our past... Photopop, Welshchick, and only name a few, and John Lennon is always welcome of course... :)

I don't want anyone's feelings hurt, I've removed some tabs. Retrospective is: SCANNED PHOTOS FROM BEFORE (and including) THE EIGHTIES, 1980. I mean, I know the feeling, even at my age, 1990 is a retrospective!! :) thanks for posting! Annelies

Just wanted to pop in with a short note to apologize to all my friends in this group for not commenting much in past few days. So sorry, but have had a bit of a medical 'issue' that took and is taking priority over most all all else right now. Forgive me pls for staying 'productive' aka occuped with tabblo so as to stay strong spirited, if not able to have enuff 'in me' to view all your tabs to comment! wow great idea, and just got a new scanner, have not opened it yet, I'm tied up these next 2 weeks, plan to get started using the scanner around the 1st week of august, i have some cool old pics and slides to scan. and even some old letters my mother and dad wrote to each other during WW2. :)
