I'm a single dad living in a small *4,000-population) CT shoreline town. I'm a member of the Boston Photography Club because I lived in MA until May of this year. I have Dektol in my veins because I'm the son of a PPA Master Photographer who started shooting for pay as a high school sophomore, using a 4x5 Speed Graphic, then a Minolta Autocord. Lived most of my life in New York, studied portraiture with Philippe Halsman, and blended his love of people-shooting with my passion for photojournalism...the synthesis of which is candid portraiture. Although I shoot exclusively digital (Nikon D70 and Sony DSC-F717), the lure of my Leica M4P system and recently acquired Canon IVS2B rangefinders is getting strong...and as soon as I get some chemicals, I have an Omega B22 enlarger and all the hardware in the basement here, ready to re-enter that world again.
