The Last Remains of the Holidays

Today was garbage day

and the chipper/shredder

slowly made it way

up the street.

Our tree is now

nothing but mulch...

See you next December, little tree!

Our poor old Christmas Tree

spent the last

two weeks of its life

on our deck....

Me too! It's always a little sad when the holiday is over. You spend so much time preparing, and then before you know it.....there it is....GONE.....:(

Never mind, mulch has an important role to play - you will meet again!

Too bad the tree had to go, but before it did, it did provide for some great photos. Wonderful water droplet photos.

Wow! The water droplets are awesome! I love it when you can pick up images in them. It seems the lighting and all has to be just perfect for that... Great job!
