Bicycles in Copenhagen

Copenhagen provides bikes for anyone to use in the city center: Just locate one of the many bike parking places and pay a small depost - about $3.  Drop off the bike at the end of the day at any bike park and get your deposit back!

that is the most awesome idea! it is way too expensive to rent a bike in say chicago (about $20-$30/hour!).
