this is so perfect. the title, the moment you captured. the lovely composition with the perfect balance of black and white...the small child on the uneven brick alley, aproaching the busy street. we dont know if he is frightened, or anticipating an adventure!

How on earth did I miss this photo when you posted it?????! Absolutely gorgeous b/w. The little boy looks so lost....and that man is just giving him an uncompassionate stare. This is a wonderful piece in almost EVERY way a photo can be. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Merci à vous tous. Les scènes de rue sont souvent porteuses d'émotions fortes et nous passons presque toujours à côté... La photo a cette vertue magique de figer le temps. Il faut simplement avoir la chance d'appuyer sur le bouton au bon moment... donc, d'avoir l'appareil en bandoulière ! Nous sommes dans la rue d'exceptionnels acteurs qui s'ignorent. Je me demande parfois à quoi sert le cinéma tant le spectacle du dehors est permanent.
