sunset over sunda kelapa harbour. walking around the oldest harbour of jakarta, the capital city of indonesia in the evening is nice.

 

it's just like the golden moment around its harbour. 

 

the phinisi schooners, the golden sky and the ambience, which change so fast  ... from the busy daily life into beautiful sunset scenes.

- pat, those ships .. the schooner or we call it "phinisi" in our lingo are awesome. it's something gorgeous from the past and the sailormen keep working with these traditional boats until now!
- jeanine, yes the sun made colour of the sky so wonderful and it has golden effect to everything at the harbour.

Great captures. I like that place. A pity I spent only one day in Jakarta this year and did not have the time to visit it in the evening/ at night.
