It's my birthday, so my dad drives me to Safeway to pick out a cake. After imagining what each cake on display would taste like, I settled on a Luscious Lemon Diner Cake.

So the lady takes the cake out from the display & I tell her to write "Happy Birthday Amy" on it. She gets this look on her face that tells me she regrets working at Safeway, specifically at the bakery counter. It's her first time or something, & she's hella nervous, but me & my dad cheer her on. & in the end, it's not all that bad, & we were going to eat it anyway. She charged us the price of a Mini Luscious Lemon Cake, almost $10 off.

I originally had a $3 off coupon, but since the lady had already given us a $10 discount, I.. y'know.. slipped the coupon back into my pocket.

My sister came home for awhile just to celebrate.

& to eat gourmet Taco Bell.

The cake looks nice, doesn't it?

It doesn't taste nice - it's too sweet. Don't buy it, guys. Stick with chocolate.

I am in love with this cup. Isn't it lovely? Not only does it measure ounces, it also measures cups!

So I looked at the nutrition facts for milk. 160 calories & 8 grams of fat (5 g saturated) in ever 8 oz. glass.

I decided to drink 7 ounces. =]

I know.. EXCITING sweet 16 right?

I liked it. It was peaceful. That's all I need.
