Kitchen renovation--day two--some overnight snow--about 3" PARALYZED Detroit! Many schools had a snow day...not Gabby's school. But, Gabby stayed home as she spiked a 104 degree temp. She has strep throat & Duncan looks like he's following her.

Gabby is THRILLED with her "gluten-free" pantry. It's ONLY for her food. Right now, only Dora cereal is living there but we'll soon transfer her other gf goodies into it so she can snack freely.

Microwave is back up but not functional--same with the new dishwasher. I guess I'll be doing a minimalist amount of cooking for the Super Bowl party we're invited to on Sunday!
