Cycling Saturday

On 2 Feb, my friends and I went cycling around the other half of Lake Burley Griffin. It was only an 18 km ride, compared with 37 km from last week:) The highlight of the ride was stopping by the National Carillon, which was a gift from Great Britain. After dinner, we rode back home in the dark, which was a special experience for me.

Cool architecture shots. It's good you carry your camera when you go biking, you never know what'll come up (literally in this case :) ! Is that a shadow of a tree on the photo to the left of your text?

Thanks everyone:) Saul: the is the shadow of a tree in the photo:) Debbie: thank you for commenting on Canberra's beauty--people don't really want to visit because they say it is boring, but I like the quiet beauty of the "bush capital" :)

I love the layout of this tabblo and how it echoes the geometrical configurations of the structures you've captured! The angles are fresh and the balance of space with concrete forms is perfect! I really like that curvy wave of lines and that last shot is a dramatic one! Wonderful work!
