The Flavor of New Mexico

Our family homestead is in a beautiful hidden valley to the north of Santa Fe, New Mexico (USA).

Although we live and work in Houston, Texas, we go home and visit family (pictured top-left) often, and dream about the day we go back there for keeps.

Inset: The "Santuario," a 17th century Spanish mission church near our home.

We go to "Sadie's" restaurant in Albuquerque for an amazing lunch after every flight home!!

That washh gude *slurp*

(A special tribute to our Siamese big boy, Oscar Johnson, 1988-2006)

We even make homemade pepperoni pizzas when we go back to New Mexico!

All the dishes shown on this page are made in our own family kitchen except the one above-right in the restaurant.

Menu: Picture #3, Chicken enchalada, #4 Broiled fresh salmon with asparagus, #5, Home grown steak with potatoes & broccoli!

Sometimes it is nice to get served by a waiter

Yowwiieee meowiiee!!
