your pictures are superbly well done.

Thank you. By the way, none of the pictures are taken with a tripod.

that is amazing. please tell me what your shutter speed and iso was for the night shots. and what camera do you use?
Facs said at 10:25 p.m. on Oct 31, 2006:
I used my Rebel XT. Night pictures were taken with a 10-22mm lens and a 50mm 1.8 lens. For the 10-22mm lens, I can hand held the camera without camera shake at 10mm with 1/10 shutter speed. And for the 50mm 1.8 lens, the night shots were taken with F1.8 and shutter speed 1/60 and faster. ISO used for the night pictures are 400 and 800.

that is amazing. my sony doesnt have anti-shake, and when i shoot at speeds below 300 there is always some shake. i have given up and been using the tripod whenever i need longer exposures. any tips?

Below speed 300? what do you mean? slower than 1/300?

I don't have stablizer too, but wide angle lens can be handheld without shake at low speed. and wide open F1.8 lens is wide enough to have speed at 1/60. Therefore, no shake.

yes, that is what i meant, well actually 1/250 and slower i always detect some movement. i need to learn more about appropriate aperture settings for certain speeds and vice versa.

Some great spaces in the first half. I also like the contrast in your layout. Thanks for the Tabblo!
