awaiting sunset over way kambas national park

elephants and sunset over way kambas national park. two keywords which always drive us to go there. to the elephants sanctuary. in the heart of the forest in lampung, a province in sumatra island, indonesia.

 

we spend our precious moments with these sweethearts. elephanus sumatrensis. the beautiful creatures; the elephants.  cuddling them and watching what will they do whilst the sun goes to the west.  and say goodbye to them, to meet each other again at dawn.

- enaldo, we do hope the sunset will be more beautiful, more colourful at the sky. but the sun, seems still high on the west. so, we take the silhouettes. and it's fun!

thanks bobbie. yes, we are wonder .. are these lovely creatures like to walk in the evening until the nightfall or will take a sleep soon after the sun goes down :)
