It was a beautiful fall day in our backyard. Neal is almost finished with the back porch. The fans are up, they don't have electricity yet...but Neal got the cable hooked up outside so we could watch the Sooners play.

Raeleigh is dressed for the game of course!

Our new extended patio was just the right size for hosting a princess birthday party for twenty! We had hot dogs, pasta salad (thanks Grammy!), baked beans and any kind of chip you could hope for (thanks Daddy!).

Bret had to eat and run so she could get to her soccer game...they couldn't have played (as well) without her! 

Pa Pa Todd fed Raeleigh her "hot dogs". They got a chuckle out of recycling her food from her bib catcher...she got about every third bite into her mouth.

Nanny and Uncle Mike enjoyed watching the game on the back porch.

Daddy is enjoying finally relaxing and talking to his mom, Grammy.

Raeleigh is fascinated with putting her fingers in other people's mouth...Granny is entertaining her...

Brendan had fun playing croquet. Thanks Zirax's!

Danielle had a "Dancing Princess" birthday cake. (A testament to mommies giving little girls the things they always dreamed of....mommy was wide-eyed over Aunt Lisa's cake when she was your age.)  Danielle's cake featured "Genevieve" and her triplet little sisters. The girls had fun charging up the triplets and watching them spin around the table.

And, we can't forget Twyla the cat....the REAL reason Princess Genevieve is so special to Danielle is well....you all know Danielle's "cat," that she has drug everywhere since she was one year old!

Uncle Mike played along with being a princess.

Aunt Cheryl and Uncle Steve watched the kids in the back yard playing on the swing set.

And, everyone was glad to see the "youngest" of the first round of grandkids show up, Brandon (Cheryl's youngest).

Grammy, I've been asking for this guitar! Too bad Mr. Brad moved to Colorado Springs so I can't play on stage with him at church now.  :-(

We didn't get to see James and Robin till the next day at Colby's party...thanks for Prince Derek! You should see him riding the pony!
