one day in amsterdam

amsterdam. city by the canals. landscapes and sceneries which bordered by the water. that's our childhood memories about one of the most lively city in the netherlands.

 

our recent visit to amsterdam was beyond expectation. our plane got problem at the first stop-over before heading to the north, to our home. then we spent about six hours in the plane on the ground, whilst the ground crew fixed the problem.

 

then we have to fly upper north. to copenhagen. before finally landed in our home.

 

and for the statement 'sorry for this unconvenience', we got tickets to several destination in west europe.

 

we prefer amsterdam. for sentimental feelings. for childhood memories. and remembering our parents.  and stroll along its canals.

Awesome tabblo you've made about Amsterdam. It is indeed a beautiful and interseting city. For me as a dutchman is it a big city with an atmosphere like a small village. You can see a mill, little "hofjes"but also outstanding musea.I like your tabblo very much. Thank you for sharing it with us and it reminds me of a tour that i've made at the end of 2007.

- northof40 > yes, 'copy' of this bridge can be found in oud batavia, jakarta, indonesia!
- gerard > yes, the atmosphere just like that, big city with small village sense. nice that you had a nice tour here too.

- noreen > it's nice to go bicycling and put them for awhile by the bridge whilst we take pictures.

WOW! Really beautiful! I've been many times to Germany (Düsseldorf) and always wanted to go to Amsterdam, which is quite close... Maybe next time... And congrats on the ToD!

Wonderful Place, excellent photographies, all are so beautiful and special, he me pleases the bridge, I love the tulips, it is my favorite flower and the vitrales of the windows of the Church or cathedral is beautiful, a spectacular tabblo as always a great work Ukirsari-nicholas !!!!!
