Chicago Wolves

fans of all ages turned out to pack the room for an exciting visit by

Grant Lewis!

Mr. Lewis told us about growing up in Pennsylvania, how he got into hockey, going to school at Dartmouth, and finally being drafted into professional hockey.

Mr. Lewis answered audience questions of all kinds about how fast he skates, whether he has lost any teeth yet, and if he thinks the Wolves are going to go all the way.  We all hope so!

Souvenirs were available and entries were handed out for a Wolves' ticket giveaway.

When the question and answer session was over, Mr. Lewis chose an audience member to come up to the front.  Then he hauled out his entire uniform and suited her up!  What fun to be a in his shoes, literally!

What an awesome time!  Thanks so much to the Chicago Wolves and particularly Grant Lewis for paying our library a visit and sharing his stories with us!
