The Iraq war barely makes the news in the U.S. though at this point the nation is going bankrupt paying for it on credit so the coming depression should bring it to an end. Then again the anti-American hatred generated should guarantee massive defensive spending, which I think was part of the plan.

And don’t forget, everybody: Bush won the last elections because of “Moral values”. This is not even funny anymore, but just un- f@c&n - believable. I would not be surprised if one day we find out that the election results were faked.
Pkeener said at 9:02 a.m. on Mar 20, 2008:
i have little doubt about the authenticity of our last election.

The 2004 presidential election turned on Ohio, which if you do a look up you'll find had incredibly corrupt voting methods. One Ohio county did a count under questionable Republican controlled circumstances behind closed doors with no one allowed to observe under the pretext of a terror threat, which the FBI has stated never existed. The Ohio matters ignore the nationwide efforts to suppress voter turnout. That suppression included "felon" lists where grandmothers were refused the vote because their names were similar to some on the felon lists. The felon lists for Florida were specifically set up to include names common within the African-American community but Hispanic names were removed. The strongly anti-Castro Cuban community in Florida is, or was then, heavily Republican. Very populous areas that were heavily Democratic were supplied with very few voting machines, making a full vote turnout impossible. Voters were challenged on the slightest of pretexts, forcing supplemental ballots which were rarely counted. We've only fairly recently learned about the endemic corruption and politicizing within the federal Department of "Justice," where U.S. Attorneys made bogus charges against people and organizations that attempted to aid Democratic party voting.

There's a phrase attributed to Stalin, "It's not the people who vote that count; it's the people who count the votes."

But it's all yada yada at this point. Elections were stolen. The treasury has been and continues to be looted. America's status, militarily, financially, and in terms of honor and moral standing within the world are all in the toilet. The crimes committed by the government run the full spectrum from petty to worthy of war crimes tribunals, which the same government conveniently passed a law protecting itself from prosecution for. There's a similar current effort to pass a law preventing any legal attempts to determine or sue for the spying the government has done on Americans. Spying that was initiated within the first month of Bush taking power. Not after 9/11.

All this massive corruption, criminal activity and national shame and dishonor, in our name. There's an added irony. Usually wars help an economy thrive. But this Iraq war has been heavily "privatized." That means everything is cost plus, with the added benefit of no-bid contracts and little if any auditing. Those that suggest auditing get demoted, marginalized and fired. Look up the name Bunnatine Greenhouse and that was years ago. There's little economic stimulus from the Iraq war because it's too based on "trickle down economics" which is more accurately termed "tinkle on economics."

I think that's enough for now.

I didn’t know this much. And I remember Bush – Gore elections. They were not that “clean and clear” either.
