somewhere 1970's we flew with one of these to the Azores! maybe it was a C140 ,it was huge and green!cool@!

The C-130 is really amazing. It can land and take-off on really small runways. I once saw one take off with the aid of these rockets attached to the sides. Amazing. This plane has been the workhorse of the world for over 50 years.
