Bollers' Property

The Fremont RE-3 (Cotopaxi) School District recently toured (and ultimately purchased) the Bollers' property immediately to the east of the school campus. I have created this Tabblo to allow the non-tourists to see what we bought.

The people in the pictures are: Geoff Gerk, RE-3 Superintendent; Peggy Gerk, Secondary Principal; Kristi Wilson, Elementary Principal; Dan Ogden, Board President; Dawn Moody, Board Secretary; Cindy Milon, Board Treasurer; and Glen Leatherberry, Board Member.

Arrh! The Pirates are taking over the town of Cotopaxi!

The shop and garage are in the background. (l to r) Peggy Gerk, Dawn Moody, Glen Leatherberry, Geoff Gerk, Cindy Milon, and Kristi Wilson

The storage shed (l) and the "barn"/shop with the school in the background. Dan Ogden, Dawn, and Peggy.

The bedroom on the right of the door.

The bedroom with Glen from the "other end". The bedroom's other end.

The front drive from CR12

The house from Bernard Creek

The north end of the house from the drive. Peggy, Geoff, and Dawn

Listening to sales pitch #1 in front of the house. Dan, Dawn, Kristi, Cindy, and Peggy

Looking down the drive to the Sangres. Dawn, Dan, Kristi, Peggy, the friendly Boller cat, Glen, and Geoff

The south end of the house while hearing sales spiel #2. Cindy, Glen, Kristi, Peggy, and Geoff.

The still functional but recently unused wood stove used by the Bollers for years. Note the butter churn between Cindy and the stove.

The builtin china cabinet. The door on the right enters into the utility room and with the drive beyond. Peggy, Dawn, and Geoff's arm.

The "door" between the kitchen and the living room. Note the large fireplace on the right. The far door opens into a screened porch.

The livingroom looking toward the kitchen entry. Does someone look kinda large for the opening?

The apple and pear orchard. But Mr. Boller hedged a bit about how often they had a crop failure. The fence is to keep the deer out.

The county road from the drive

Mr. Boller in the shop delivering sales spiel number 5.

Glen admiring the shop's equipment. Mr. Boller apologized for the stuff packed and stored in the shop!
