Palacio de Alvarado

Obra edificada en cantera entre los años de 1899 a 1903, propiedad del prominente minero Pedro Alvarado. Combina el estilo neoclásico afrancesado con decoración barroca.

A quarry construction built between 1899 and 1903, owned by the prominent miner Pedro de Alvarado, displays a neoclassic decorated barroque french style.

You've captured the intricately detailed craft work that went into the building. Certainly the building represents what has been described as a "display of wealth." There's far more than functionality in the structure. This isn't a church - an homage to God. The meager chandelier seems out of place.
