Actually there is no library anymore but daycare center and premises of Helsinki city Human resource center. It seems that nobody knows who draw, designed this building but it is a pearl of art nouveu, Jugend. It was finished in 1905 and at first it was a workschool for blind men.

Name of the house is originally 'ArlÄ', german arlau, morning shine.
