I had one, but he didn't have the metal legs and so when the wind knocked him off of his make-shift ones, he kinda got pushed aside and lost.... poor thing, I'll have to see if I can look him up, or get a new one. Every garden should have a bit of kitsch, or whimsy.
I have to admit; I enjoyed your photos much better when I viewed them individually; I like how you frame things when you photograph them. The beauty of what you are showing comes out all the more clearly that way. ... I love the close ups of that fuzzy grey-green plant. It makes me think of caribou antlers. Did you catch the name of it?

DAR--the flamingos are campy. The plant you are refering to is commonly called a Staghorn fern. It is an airplant and common in the tropics. This one is quite large. I love the closeups of it that i captured.
Lefty--Making this tabblo was a struggle. I would have done the layout differently had i the proper controls. But thank you.
