how did you do it????????
Dyowi said at 4:31 a.m. on Jun 6, 2008:
HI Deb!

For this shot i use 2 strobe lights and a black background
i place the lights at the side (left and right facing each other) so that i can have a rim light on my candle.
the trick is the blow at the base of the wick, don't blow at the top or the middle portion, use a small tube to blow at the base of the light.
my camera setting:
iso 400
focal length 100mm (macro)
shutter speed 1/125
at f /32
