ZuZu was a great way to end the evening. We danced away like spinsters from the 50s. Of course, I could not stop thinking about Efterklang and how they were awesome and how they were still next door and how they would be leaving the country soon...

My friend Josh Jenkins calls me up the other night to see if I'm around. I tell him I'm in NH at the moment but will be back in Boston by evening. "Why? What's up?" I ask. He tells me there's this band coming to TT the Bears that I HAVE to see: Efterklang. They're from Copenhagen and they're an experimental/ambient/electronic band currently and briefly touring the US. "I live my life by them," he says. Jenkins has never steered me wrong- Sigur Ros, Explosions in the Sky, Eluvium, Mum... "Well then I'll see you there," I say. 

After this love affair at TT the Bears, we headed over to ZuZu. It's about twenty steps away - One of the reasons why I love Central Square: everything is so close. There were two DJs playing retro tunes like "the twist" and  "shout".  Jim and Liz tore up the dance floor together.
