Jigs said at 9:21 p.m. on Jun 10, 2008: Where in Pampanga are you from? My mother is from San Fernando, but our ancestral home has been underwater and under-mud because of Mt. Pinatubo. It's been decades since I explored the beautiful towns in this province. Your photos inspire me to make a visit soon.
Sirnicolay said at 11:29 p.m. on Jun 10, 2008: Wow small world! I'm also from San Fernando, Pampanga. But these pictures are actually from the towns near our place. Yeah, I have experienced firsthand the tragic life in the Pinatubo era. You should visit soon, and go through Olongapo-Gapan Road. You will see the effects of lahar on the people and the surroundings that you'll pass by.
