I can say to you the same!
AliDar said at 1:24 a.m. on Jun 13, 2008:
This is beautiful Pam. Did you hold your breath and feel your heart pounding when you saw the deer? I would have been touched by the stone plaque had I been surrounded by such beauty too. Excellent tab! :)
Jigs said at 1:37 a.m. on Jun 13, 2008:
what a beautiful location to hike and explore! i wish i were there with you. and that plaque is the perfect sweet ending to this lovely tabblo.
Abking said at 2:00 a.m. on Jun 13, 2008:
This is dense and airy at the same time. I can almost smell the outdoor air, fresh green, snow lingering in the shadows. I was caught up in the aspens and had to go back and look at the deer after Alidar mentioned it.
Pkeener said at 2:05 a.m. on Jun 13, 2008:
i had the extraordinary luck to be in Beaver Creek on a gorgeous day in June. There is nothing like it. I wish you could have been there with me, Jigs! But, I would love to walk with you in the Phillippines with you ad Clohe and my girl Coco!! Dar, deer are so quick, you know..I was so pleased to have looked where he was running. that was the third shot. Den, the heart shaped rock ad the Aspen tree were trying to tell me something, I think. Andre, Peace to you!
Pkeener said at 2:07 a.m. on Jun 13, 2008:
Hey Allan, Thank you! Deer really have a way with camo, don't they. and you know..it was dense and airy, and I really struggle with nature photography because I never feel I can do what I am experiencing justice with my camera.
Sirnicolay said at 2:21 a.m. on Jun 13, 2008:
I love the picture of the deer. He sort of just popped out when I was scanning the pictures. Very effective placement of the pic, I thought. Thanks for this tabblo.. It reminds me so much of Henry David Thoreau. :)
Appropos said at 3:08 a.m. on Jun 13, 2008:

Terrific pics of a special place. That deer is looking straight at you. Well captured. I had to look twice to see it.
Chiloedream said at 5:29 a.m. on Jun 13, 2008:
Un hymne au printemps, j'aime les pierres polies par le temps, et les signes que tu découvres sur la peau des arbres, l'oeil naturel et le coeur humain... Bravo Pamela.
Leftofcenter said at 8:12 a.m. on Jun 13, 2008:
Yes, I can almost smell the fresh mountain air too, it's clean, it's zen its' GREEN! The heart-shaped rock- Eye heart U? ;) you even make the snow look good!
ps: and of course: memories ARE forever...
Ohlanbrooks said at 9:24 a.m. on Jun 13, 2008:
You can really "extract" the art from nature - I particularly like the picture with the detritus and and shadows scattered on the patch of snow - it looks like an abstract painting.
Flinkfar said at 10:02 a.m. on Jun 13, 2008:
Excellent nature shots, this looks so much like Finland!?!??
