We decided to give a hand at trout fishing while at Silver Lake. This was a perfect opportunity for me to snap some photos and the boys to play.

Silver Lake Resort is the oldest "trout fishing retreat" in California's Eastern Sierra.

This is an area known as the June Lake loop.

A chain of four lakes, connected by California State Route 158, connecting with State Route 120 and US Highway 395. June Lake, Gull Lake, Silver Lake and Grant Lake
