Job Rated probably meant more and held much more assurance for folks at the time these were made, and whatever the thing is that you photographed, it's withstood the test of time. Now a-days things are made so cheaply, we don't expect anything to last, and labels of this kind we see only as marketing ploys by manufacturers for us to buy their products.
