A Kayaking Adventure on Keauhou Bay - Kona Hawaii

This is a shot of one of the day-trippers cliff jumping after lunch.  Captin Mike and others in the party took their lives in hand and took the leap of faith of about a thirty five to forty foot fall to the water below.    My daughter Danski did the jump, she is a real Spartan and athlete.   I have been there, done that, and passed on this one.   I wanted to make it back alive. 

The first thing you do is sign up and pay you fee for the kayaking,  snorking  adventure to begain.

This young lady is one of the crew, I am sorry but I don't remember her name.

This would be Captin Mike "Mosqitomike" the leader of the kayaking adventure.

A sea cave tour  we paddled into  and out of, rather dark inside the cave. 

After we arrive at Keauhou bay and snorkel it's time for a lunch break.

This is a shot of me snorking over to the lava rocks where we are going to have lunch.  Captin Mike is giving me a hand getting out of water and onto the lava rock, one slip here and it could hurt, but I make it and my daughter got the shot.

These pixs were taken w/a Canon G9, the camera was in the Canon WP-DC21 digital camera waterproof case. it claims to be water proff to 130 ft. I did not dive that deep.
The water spots are on the outside lens cover, I did not have a colth to wipe off the housing which explains why one sees water spots in some of these photos.
