I’ve lost myself.

It’s time to find what I’ve forgotten.

Learn to hear me.

See myself for who I am.

 

I am what I am and that’s all what I am.

We’ve gotten so caught up with how the world perceives us that we’ve lost who we are. We mold ourselves into puppets forever controlled by the world. We forget that we we’re not born to please the world, rather we must look at ourselves and see who we are and not how they want us to be. Who we are should not be subjected to change simply because they refuse to accept who we are.

In our ever more demanding and complex world, we’ve missed to ask the simplest of questions about the world, our existence and more importantly, who we are. It seems we’ve locked up ourselves in a cell. We’ve limited ourselves to what they see is “acceptable”. We hide with our different sets of masks. We’ve lost ourselves.
