They also do a cold drip coffee process. A drop of water passes down into the glass ball then proceeds down the tube into the coffee grounds one drop at a time soaking up the flavor of the coffee. The coffee tasted very clean and light, someone said it was like a fine whiskey with out the alcohol. |

With the coffee grounds in the top glass holder the water is brought to a very hot boil using a halogen light, (no gas is used for the fire) it takes about ten to fifteen minutes to make a cup of this coffee. If you got the money and time, the Blue Bottle Coffee Company has the coffee for you. |

The Blue Bottle Coffee Company owns the only five burner vacuum machine coffee maker of this kind which cost about $20,000 and is the only one in the USA out side of Japan, so I am told. |
