Long Cove Nova Scotia

This photo is the same as the next one but with a closer shot.

This is a little bay comming in from the ocean which lies just below where I live.

This shed has seen a lot of fish in it's time and looks like it ready to collapse, but to my knowledge, it is still being used.

I like the close up shot of the bay....less sky, no wire, no rock....it still shows the bay in it fullest and the pictures has hte pleasant thirds to it. Love the pictures of the barns too. Looks like you'll have the before pic when the one on the right finally leans to a fall.

Thanks everyone. Yes, I had a real nice day, partially on the beach and the rest taken close to home.

Thanks Jude. I'll be there when the old fish shed falls in the water.

What a lovely place you live in... I love the 1st photo, agree with Jude... and love the old sheds with their chipped paint... much prettier than freshly painted ones... Thanks for a little peek into your area.

Gosh.. I'm starting to forget what Nova Scotia looks like. Mom. The rocks are whiter, and the trees are shorter than here, ... and looking at the cove, I just got a smell memory of what it's like when the fog rolls in.... . I need your photos to help me remember my home province. ... I'm leaving the critiquing to others, , but I will say, my favourite shot is the green fish shed with the cove opening in the back ground, ... just goes so well with my memory, and the shot puts me right there, walking down that dirt road beside you.....

Thank you Jodi, Maz2001 and Dar. The pavement ends just beyond the bridge where the steel rail is, I think it must be an old private road with lots of right-of-ways. I just parked my car right on the road and got out and took pictures, no fear of a traffic jam because of it. But I really didn't do it justice because it is a beautiful cove.
