Now there's something you don't see everyday, a bee at the beach! :) Love that first shot, and that sand castle shot brought back memories of sitting in the hot sand making castles of my own. Wonderful tab Mom! :)

beautiful arrangement as a whole. lighthearted and playful, definitely representing what a day at the beach is about!

i particulary love your offset shot of the sandcastle... it represents how it is part of the beach... part of something bigger than itself!

at the same time, i love the closeup shots of the washup of the oceans bounty... you caught texture and color very well... i can almost feel the kelp in my own hands!

i haven't been able to get on tabblo for a while and this is the perfect tabblo to bring me back in. thank you so much for sharing. i've missed looking at your beautiful pictures and have thought of your past works often in my absence. 8)

I've seen plenty of beach bums.........but not beach bees. Nice shots. The beauty of a beach is that it's never the same twice. you never know what you might find.

LOL, you guys crack me up. Love your comments. I wasn't aware I had caught a bee in the picture until I uploaded to my album, and looking at it quickly, I wondered what it was, huh, a bee, I also thought it was an odd thing to see. Uninvited and unexpected.

Thank you Mimi and Pat. It would have so nice to go to the beach today because it was soooo hot here, but I had company, but I am planning another trip to the beach for a picnic.

The bee in the photo is a great image. This beach looks like a wonderful place for a picnic and relaxation and for building sandcastles.
