1 Tablespoon Butter 1 Small Onion, Chopped 3 Zucchini, Chopped |

2 Cups Chicken Broth
1 Small Can Chopped Roasted Green Chiles
1 Cup Whole Kernel Corn |

Melt butter and Add chopped onion to sauce pan. Stir and cook till transparent. Add Chicken broth, Zucchini, Corn, Green Chiles, Salt & Pepper to taste. |

Heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and cook till tender.
Stir in 1 Cup Milk and 2 oz of Monterey Jack Cheese until hot.
