Flash said at 9:38 a.m. on Dec 6, 2006: That bird is Elvis. Only 19.95! When he got mites and was ill I suggested flushing him down the toilet and just buying another one. I guess that is one more hidden pitfall of our increasingly disposable economy. Anyway, the kids had a fit and my lovely wife Jan took Elvis to the bird vet who fixed him up for a modest 69.95. Oh, and we found out Elvis is a her, not a him. What kinda nut would look up a birds feathers to figure that out?!)
