Daisies

This sculpture is made by Paul Veroude in 2006 and they are about 4 meter high. Tha sculptures are made  off steel.

It stands in a little town near my homewown, called Rijen.

This sculpture is a symbol for the 4 communities of this town, Gilze, Rijen, Hulten and Molenschot

A lovely sculpture , it reminds me a little of some of Gaudi's work. :-)

They are amazing!!! Really lovely... especially against the cloudy, gray sky... They look very tall... I wish you had stood next to one for perspective as to their height. Thanks for sharing these!!

Gerard, these are magnigicent! And the Tabblo is so good. I love the cloudy sky, because the light is just perfect for the photos. I can't get over how large they are! Thank you!

Wow... this is really cool Gerard, they looks like part of a sci-fi movie, with the gray sky the effect is more dramatic. Amazing sculpture and great photos... excellent combination! =)

What wild looking sculptures! And you photographed them perfectly with all that cloudy grey sky! Great Tabblo! ... Do they light up? the centers look like they might be lights...
