„Kapuśniak” - Polish cabbage sour soup

2 carots chopped
0,5 celery chopped
1 parsley chopped
1 leek (white part) chopped
4 potatoes chopped
1 tablespoons tomato puree
0,5 green cabbage or savoy shredded

25 dkg schab = beef pork (pork filets) with bones ???

1,5 teaspoons salt (or more to tase)
peper, allspice (Jamaica peper), bay laurel
1,5 teaspoons caraway fruits (cumin)

The beef place in a large pot and cover with the water. Add salt, peperseeds, fruits of allspice and bay laurel. Simmer 60 minutes.
When the beef is almost cooked add carrots, celeric, parsley, potatoes, leek and cabbage. Add caraway fruits. Simmer 20 minutes more.
Add the tomato puree and simmer another 10 minutes.

So sorry, I'm late for dinner (and TOD!!! congratulations!!) I just love cabbage soup! (But I would leave the cumin out of it, that is the one thing I hate, haha!)
