ANTIPOOCHES OF HEART OF BEAST

Ingredients:

   Marinaded:

 2 garlic cloves, ground

¼ cup of chili panca ground

Salt,  Pepper  ,Cumin

 ¾ cup of vinegar

 ½ teaspoonful of salt

2 garlic cloves, ground

 

Antipooches:

 1 heart of beast, clean and without fat.

 Salt.

 Oil.

 Yellow chili fresh air(fresco) ground.

 Small sticks for antipooches.

 

 

Preparation:

 Marinaded:

To mix well the ingredients of the marinaded one. To separate.

 

 

Antipooches:

To clean the heart of beast taking fat and veins from him. To cut in chunks of 2 ½ to 3 cm (3/4 to 1 inch). To place them in a bowl and to spill above the mixture(mixing) of the marinaded one. To leave the heart of beast marinading minimum 12 hours.

 

To thread 3 chunks in every small stick of antipooch.

 

To warm the gridiron or brazier and to accommodate the small sticks of antipooch them smearing with a mixture(mixing) of yellow fresh chili ground and oil. To give return and to hope that they are cooked.

 

To serve warm good.

 

Generally, 2 small sticks of antipooch are served for person accompanied one it eats cooked, a chunk of maize and ground fresh chili in case of wishing them more piquant(spicy).

 

If he does not arrange of heart of beast, it is possible to prepare with loin of beast and come from the same way.

ANTICUCHOS DE CORAZÓN DE RES     

 

 

   Ingredientes : 

 Marinada: 2 dientes de ajo, molidos

¼ taza de ají panca molido .

Sal ,Pimienta ,Comino

¾ taza de vinagre

½ cucharadita de sal

2 dientes de ajo, molidos

 

Anticuchos:

 1 corazón de res, limpio y sin grasa Sal Aceite Ají amarillo fresco molido Palitos para anticuchos

     Preparación:

 

Marinada:

Mezclar bien los ingredientes de la marinada. Separar.

 

Anticuchos:

Limpiar el corazón de res quitándole grasa y venas. Cortar en trozos de 2 ½ a 3 cm (3/4 a 1 pulgada). Colocarlos en un bol y verter encima la mezcla de la marinada. Dejar el corazón de res marinando mínimo 12 horas.

 

Ensartar 3 trozos en cada palito de anticucho.

 

Calentar la parrilla o brasero y acomodar los palitos de anticucho untándolos con una mezcla de ají amarillo fresco molido y aceite. Dar vuelta y esperar que se cocinen.

 

Servir bien caliente.

 

Generalmente, se sirven 2 palitos de anticucho por persona acompañados de una papa cocida, un trozo de choclo y ají molido fresco en caso de desearlos más picantes.

 

Si no se dispone de corazón de res, se puede preparar con lomo de res y proceder de la misma manera.

Lovely... very good job Jeanine... It looks yummy... but if I know it's heart, I'm with Deb, could probably not eat it... but would try... We have yummy sweet corn now too... this is the best time of the year to eat... the worst to diet.

I'm not sure I will try it.... But I'm not much of a flesh eater..... Whenever I know where the flesh came from and that once it was alive my stomach says no somehow..... SO If I had to prepare a heart for dinner or if I knew the flesh was a heart...... I think I'd feel miserable.... BUt, nice pictures though! Thank you very much for placing a tabblo...... ;)
