Piano in Silence and Isolation; 2008, August 4th; Minolta Rokkor 58mm f1.2

This and the above shots were taken with the Rokkor 58mm f1.2 (wide open at f/1.2), tilted at various angles relatives to the E-3 body to keep various parts of the piano in or out of focus. I really need to make a bellows-contraption to hold and lock the lens in place while doing this; after half-an-hour of doing this with a big lens, my wrist really hurt.
