This is a memorial to the Russian victims of World War II. The Russians lost 27 million people in this conflict.

What a fascinating place Marty. Strong images, makes one wonder how the world can still be at war one with another! 27 million is an unimaginable number of people. Thank you for sharing this.

Hi Marty, Thanks for showing these different pictures! I have one question about the name of the museum. Is it the World War II Great Patriotic War Museum in Moscow? I think I found more pictures at this site:

Yes, Fabio, this is the Great Patriotic War Museum in Moscow. It is very impressive, especially the chains hanging from the ceiling of the great hall to symbolize the 27 million victims.
