Executive Steel Band

Saturday night and we all took a trip to the Caribbean. The band brought some tasty tunes and some tasty food too. Ya gotta love it. Everybody dance now!

Well, I'm more about the music than the food, and I didn't have time to set up a really good shot of the food area at the back of the bar, since I hadn't really planned ahead for it. There have been several occasions when food has been part of the presentation at the ZOO, so I guess I should have been a little more alert. I have seen this band before too, and as I remember they do usually have some food available.

In my defense, I was feeling a bit under the weather that night, and I thought I did pretty good just to get some decent pictures. ---gk

Oh yes, the band pics are great. Given the choice between music and food - tough one.....I would'nt know what to do.....:-)

Hey Gary,
Thanx for posting those pics! You got some nice ones. I wanted to let you know that we are also playing at the Zoo Bar on the 29th of Aug for the Friday afternoon club(FAC), and we WILL be having food available again for donation. Will be serving sometraditional n'awlins creole cookin, so tell a friend to tell a friend and so on. Hope to see you there!! Robin E.S.B.
