Autumn at Wisley

Wisley Gardens are situated near Guildford in Surrey, Southern England. The garden have been developed since the early 1900s when they were acquired for the Royal Horticultural Society. The gardens cover over 60 acres of gardens (borders, herb garden, walled garden etc), orchards, water gardens, arboretum, alpine house and a large glass house covering 3/4 of and acre with tropical plants and much more. In June I visited the gardens with a friend and I added a tabblo of that visit . http://www.tabblo.com/studio/stories/view/1515604/

This past weekend I returned with my husband and was amazed at how different it looked after only three months. A wonderful day out!

I almost prefer the gardens in autumn, there's something poetic about one season ending a new one beginning (winter.. yikes!) what a lovely walk, thx! :)
