Beautiful set. Love the carvings. Was in Oberammergau many years ago, but alas not when the Passion Play was on.

Спасибо, Иришка!
Лана, эта маленькая деревушка резциков по дереву недалеко от Мюнхена! Кстати, поздравляю с победой подразделения в России!
Mike, thank you! I'm glad to show you the Oberammergau today!

carving and making things out of wood, are in a sense, the carrying on of the tree. i like this concept, Den, and my favorite is the pencils. The one of you! and the last photo of the angels.

love your tabblo some lovely picsdid i inspire you i hope&perhaps u will see them from a different angle. i just strung this together, the carvings are very lovely your very good with the camera have you studied at collage ,
your tabblo the sole of the tree

the whole of the tree&between u&me,
all that i see is the beauty in the tree,
and the real work that they do for u&me,
it lives&breaths&smothers the weeds,
and clears the air so we can live&breath,

I've heard that saying before, that carver only brings out from a piece of wood what was all ready there. ... I like the shot of the chisels all lined up on the work table the best.
