This helped me through some really tough times in my life. I went through two very abusive marriages. I thought there was no way out of my situation. Then i read this letter and it hit home. This is one thing that got me to find myself a better life with a good man who treats me like a  woman is suppose to be treated. No more hits, not more horrible yelling , no more having things thrown at you. It's a wonderful feeling to be able to be myself for the first time in a long time without being ridiculed. Life for me for the first time in along time is good again. I am feeling stronger and i now know that a can do anything that i choose to do.
