this called a zoom burst& done with a slow shutter& zoom lens two ways to do this zoom out/zoom in need a tripod best if you want to do this/ experiment to find what you want can be super cool i think,

Joe, in this case I did not use a tripod just used a wall to lean on! works in a pinch! ;)
