Patient of labour when the end was rest,

Indulged the day that housed their annual grain,

With feasts, and off'rings, and a thankful strain."

For the non-farmers: Canola (Canadian Oil) is a patented, Canadian developed strain of rapeseed. It is grown for its seed which is the basis for the Canola, much used in the food industry.

Patty, you have a talent for showing the beauty that Harvest and Thanksgiving has to offer us. There sure is a petty girl in the tall canola field that adds to the beauty of the harvest. Hope you have a wonderful thanksgiving.
