Found this amazing apartment in Eagle Rock. Lady named Dianna owns this place and lives in one of the back rooms. So nice. She's a surfer, fitness instructor, and owns a Baskin Robbins down the street from us. Good vibes all around when I took my first step into the house.

You can see the College dorm building from one of my windows. 

This is the view from the other window, toward the street. The house you see is the space the campus bought in order to move more of its students into the area. It won't be filled until a year or so from now.

Here you can see the desk and drawer unit that I got for $30 from a guy in Long Beach. They serve their purpose VERY well. 

My awesome Ikea bed that only cost me $199. AND it rolled up nice and tight for me to easily take home.
