Autumn along the Difficult Run

The leaves are beginning to change colors here in northern Virginia.  We took advantage of this by having a wonderful hike along the Difficult Run Trail in McLean, Virginia.  As always, the views were beautiful.  Recent rains, however, have done their fair share of eroding of the trail.  The terrain was much rockier than last time we were here, and some areas were almost completely washed out.  There was also a lot of debris left from fallen trees and limbs.
