where is that i thot new york was a big built up city with only central park for country type pics
they are all very very beautifull, i can see your shadow in the water, is that a lake i see in one of your pics if so does it have fish in it&what species,
the fall colours are lovely thank you for showing us this,

Joe, the pics are from Old Forge and Johnsburg NY. Adirondack country for sure. There are many lakes along the route from Old Forge to Johnsburg. All numbered 1st Lake, 2nd Lake, etc. Beautiful area and im sure there are fish in the lakes, but since im not a fishing person, I dont have a clue. The stream you see our shadows in, eventually flows into the Hudson River. Although peak colors were the week before our trip, it was still absolutely beautiful up there.
