People live and work in Istanbul

I stayed fife times in Istanbul. I have a friend there. I could stay in his Family. I could show you a lot of photos, but I decide  to limit to photos, taken from people on the ways I went. The last is showing national flowers from Turkey called 'lale'

Wonderful, Heidi !!!!!!!!! I was delighted with these photos. I always wanted to see the day-to-day Istanbul through pictures taken by someone from Tabblo.

Heidi===I missed this tabblo and am glad you added it to a group..Fantasic street shots.,,,everyday life in Istanbull..And I find it interesting that most people are dressed in Western clothing styles..I love the contrast of the old and the new.

Heidi, these are just the perfect shots that I so enjoy Catching people unaware of your camera, engaged in their daily lives. It makes the world seem small when I see these photos set in a different country, but so much like home. You have a quick and clever eye. I like #5 with the pleasing composition and the attention drawn to the boy getting up. I also like the family "portrait" in #21 and #19 and #20.

This is so vibrant, Heidi! All photos convey the dynamics of this city! People are everywhere, and the old and the modern live side by side. Wonderful job, Heidi! :)
