Wonderful views. The last shot with the byzantine structure surrounded by the contemporary buildings is an excellent study in contrasts.

Thanks GrownUp, we only saw the castle from the sea, next time we visit we will make a point of visiting Rumeli castle. It must have been an fascinating place to live!

It´s a trip back for me. I visit Istanbul for more then twenty years ago, as tourist. All the classic place, Topkapi and The Blue Mosque etc. Great photos and lovely coulors.
